Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using AIzYantra's website, platforms, AI tools, APIs, and related services. This policy is designed to protect our users, our infrastructure, and the broader community from misuse.
By accessing or using any AIzYantra service, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with them. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access.
Scope
This policy applies to all users of the following AIzYantra services:
- aizyantra.com — Website, client portal, and all web-based tools
- AI Readiness Assessment — Online diagnostic platform
- Tripti Voice SDR — AI voice agent and 3D avatar interface
- AI Starter Kits — Pre-built automation bundles and dashboards
- Client Portal — Project management and collaboration tools
- APIs — Any programmatic interfaces provided by AIzYantra
- Communication Channels — Email, WhatsApp, and other support channels
Permitted Uses
You may use AIzYantra's services for the following purposes:
- Evaluating your organization's AI readiness through our assessment tools
- Engaging with Tripti Voice SDR for legitimate inquiries about AIzYantra's services
- Deploying and operating AI Starter Kits within your organization for business automation
- Collaborating with AIzYantra on consulting and custom AI projects through the client portal
- Accessing documentation, resources, and support materials for services you have subscribed to
- Integrating AIzYantra's services with your existing business systems as documented in your service agreement
Prohibited Activities
General Prohibitions
You must not use AIzYantra's services to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
- Transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Engage in fraudulent activity or provide false information during registration, assessments, or any service interaction
AI-Specific Prohibitions
Given the AI-powered nature of our services, the following AI-specific restrictions apply:

| Illegal Content | Using AI tools to create content that facilitates illegal activities, including fraud, identity theft, or regulatory violations |
| Spam & Manipulation | Using AI-generated content for mass unsolicited communications, review manipulation, or search engine manipulation |
| Surveillance | Using our tools for unauthorized surveillance, tracking, or monitoring of individuals without their knowledge and consent |
| Weapons & Harm | Using AI capabilities to develop, improve, or deploy weapons systems, or to cause physical harm |
| Child Safety | Any use involving exploitation or harm to minors. This is a zero-tolerance policy with immediate termination and law enforcement referral. |
Technical Prohibitions
The following technical activities are strictly prohibited:
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any AIzYantra software, platform, or AI model
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access, including bypassing authentication or security controls
- Data Scraping: Automated collection, scraping, mining, or extraction of data from our platforms without explicit written consent
- Service Disruption: Introducing malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or interfere with our services, including DDoS attacks
- Rate Abuse: Circumventing rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical restrictions imposed on your account
- Credential Sharing: Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals or using another user's credentials without permission
- Competitive Intelligence: Using our services to build competing products, replicate proprietary methodologies, or extract trade secrets
Data Use Restrictions
When using AIzYantra's services, you are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload, process, or provide complies with the following:
- You have the legal right and all necessary consents to share the data with AIzYantra for processing
- The data does not contain sensitive personal information (Aadhaar numbers, financial account details, medical records) unless specifically covered by your service agreement and our Data Processing Agreement
- You do not upload data belonging to minors without verifiable parental consent as required by the DPDPA 2023
- You comply with all applicable data protection laws (DPDPA, GDPR, CCPA) when providing personal data for processing through our platforms
Usage Limits & Fair Use
To ensure service quality for all users, the following fair use guidelines apply:

| Support Channels | Reasonable support requests during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM IST) |
Enforcement & Consequences
AIzYantra reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, which may include:

| Repeated Minor Violation | Temporary suspension of service access (up to 30 days) pending resolution |
| Major Violation | Immediate suspension of access, investigation, and potential permanent termination without refund |
| Critical Violation (illegal activity, child safety) | Immediate termination, preservation of evidence, and referral to law enforcement authorities |
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP by another user, or if you believe your account has been compromised, please report it immediately:

- Include: your name, the nature of the violation, any supporting evidence (screenshots, URLs, dates), and the user or account involved if known
- All reports are treated confidentially. We will not disclose the identity of the reporter except as required by law.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to address new types of misuse, reflect changes in our services, or comply with legal requirements. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
