At AIzYantra Technologies ("AIzYantra," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to delivering measurable value through our AI solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for our various services and products.
By purchasing or subscribing to any AIzYantra service, you acknowledge and agree to the refund terms described below.
AI Starter Kits

After the 60-day guarantee period, Starter Kit subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 7 days' notice before the next billing date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods after the guarantee window.
POC Program

If AIzYantra is unable to commence the POC Program within 30 days of receiving payment, a full refund will be issued automatically.
Consulting & Custom Projects
Refunds for custom AI consulting and engineering projects are governed by the signed Statement of Work (SOW). In the absence of specific SOW provisions:
- Before project kickoff: Full refund of any advance payment, minus a 5% administrative fee.
- After kickoff but before midpoint: Refund is prorated based on work completed, as documented in project status reports.
- After midpoint milestone: No refund for completed milestones. Refund applies only to undelivered portions.
Fractional CTO Services
- Fractional CTO retainers are billed monthly in advance.
- Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds are issued for the current billing month after services have commenced.
- If AIzYantra fails to deliver the agreed minimum hours in a given month, a pro-rata credit will be applied to the next billing cycle.
AI Readiness Assessment
The AI Readiness Assessment is provided free of charge. No refund applies as there is no associated cost to the user.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email support@aizyantra.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Company Name]".
- Include your account email, invoice number or transaction ID, service name, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
Refund Method
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, Razorpay, or international wire).
- Processing time is 7–10 business days from approval. International transfers may take up to 15 business days.
- All refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction (INR or USD).
- Currency conversion charges or bank fees incurred during refund processing are borne by the recipient.
Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Third-party API costs, cloud infrastructure charges, and software licenses procured on your behalf.
- Custom domain registrations or SSL certificates.
- Training sessions and workshops already delivered.
- Services where deliverables have been accepted in writing by the client.
- Any promotional, discounted, or complimentary services.
Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the matter by emailing legal@aizyantra.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the governing law and arbitration provisions outlined in our Terms of Service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website at least 15 days before taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
