Our Commitment
AIzYantra is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We believe that AI-powered technology should be inclusive by design, and we continuously work to improve the accessibility of our website, platforms, and services in alignment with our "Engineered Empathy" design philosophy.
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines help make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
Standards & Compliance
| Standard | Status |
|---|---|
| WCAG 2.1 Level A | Fully conformant across all public pages |
| WCAG 2.1 Level AA | Substantially conformant — ongoing improvements in progress |
| WCAG 2.1 Level AAA | Partial conformance on select criteria |
| Section 508 (US) | Conformant for applicable requirements |
| EN 301 549 (EU) | Substantially conformant |
| Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (India) | Conformant for digital accessibility requirements |
Accessibility Features
Visual Accessibility
- High Contrast Color System: Our Catppuccin Mocha (dark mode) and Catppuccin Latte (light mode) palettes provide contrast ratios exceeding WCAG AA requirements — 11.5:1 in dark mode and 7.8:1 in light mode for body text.
- Dark & Light Mode: Full theme switching support, respecting your system preferences via
prefers-color-scheme. - Responsive Typography: Text scales appropriately across all screen sizes. Font sizes use relative units (rem) to respect browser zoom and user font size preferences.
- Text Alternatives: All meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images are marked with empty alt attributes.
- Focus Indicators: Visible focus outlines on all interactive elements for keyboard navigation, styled with International Orange (#FF6B35) for high visibility.
- Color Independence: Information is never conveyed by color alone. Icons, text labels, and patterns supplement color-coded indicators.
Navigation & Interaction
- Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements (buttons, links, form fields, navigation menus) are fully operable via keyboard. Tab order follows a logical reading sequence.
- Skip Navigation: A "Skip to main content" link is available for keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation elements.
- Semantic HTML: Proper heading hierarchy (h1–h6), landmark regions (header, nav, main, footer), and ARIA labels are used throughout.
- Breadcrumb Navigation: All legal and content pages include breadcrumb trails for clear wayfinding.
- Consistent Navigation: Navigation patterns remain consistent across all pages, with predictable layouts and behaviors.
Forms & Inputs
- Labeled Fields: All form fields have associated labels, either visible or via
aria-labelattributes. - Error Identification: Form validation errors are clearly identified with descriptive text, not color alone. Errors are associated with their respective fields via
aria-describedby. - Input Assistance: Autocomplete attributes are used where appropriate to help users fill in common fields (name, email, phone).
- Sufficient Time: No time limits are imposed on form completion unless absolutely necessary for security, in which case users are warned and given options to extend.
Media & Content
- Video Content: Where videos are provided, captions and transcripts are included or made available upon request.
- Animation Control: Users can reduce motion via the
prefers-reduced-motionsystem setting. Our Framer Motion animations respect this preference. - No Auto-Play: Audio and video content does not auto-play. Tripti Voice SDR requires explicit user activation.
- Readable Content: Content is written in clear, plain language where possible. Technical terms are explained or linked to definitions.
Tripti Voice SDR Accessibility
Our AI voice agent, Tripti, includes the following accessibility considerations:
- Text Alternative: Real-time transcription of voice conversations is provided for users who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Visual Indicators: The 3D avatar provides visual cues for speaking status, supplementing audio with visual feedback.
- Text Input Option: A text-based chat alternative is available for users who cannot or prefer not to use voice interaction.
- Adjustable Speed: Tripti's response speed can be adjusted to accommodate different processing needs.
- Clear AI Disclosure: Users are informed they are interacting with an AI agent at the start of every session, presented both visually and audibly.
AI Readiness Assessment Accessibility
- All assessment questions are screen-reader compatible with proper ARIA roles and labels.
- Progress indicators are conveyed through both visual and text-based means.
- Assessment results and reports are available in accessible HTML format with proper heading structure.
- Interactive charts in assessment reports include data tables as text alternatives.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge the following areas where improvements are in progress:
| Area | Limitation | Planned Resolution |
|---|---|---|
| 3D Avatar (Simli) | The 3D avatar rendering in Tripti relies on WebGL, which may not be fully accessible to all assistive technologies | Enhanced ARIA descriptions and fallback static images — Q2 2026 |
| PDF Reports | Some auto-generated PDF reports may not be fully tagged for screen reader navigation | Accessible PDF generation pipeline — Q2 2026 |
| Third-Party Widgets | Certain embedded third-party tools (analytics, payment) may have their own accessibility limitations | Vendor engagement and alternative accessible interfaces |
| Complex Data Visualizations | Some interactive charts may have limited screen reader support | Data table alternatives for all visualizations — Q2 2026 |
Testing & Evaluation
We evaluate our accessibility through the following methods:
- Automated Testing: Regular scans using axe-core, Lighthouse, and WAVE accessibility evaluation tools.
- Manual Testing: Keyboard-only navigation testing, screen reader testing (NVDA, VoiceOver), and high-contrast mode verification.
- Color Contrast Verification: All color combinations are tested against WCAG contrast ratio requirements using contrast checking tools.
- Browser & Device Testing: Accessibility is tested across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop and mobile devices.
- User Feedback: We actively incorporate accessibility feedback from users into our development cycle.
